Large trumeau supported by sculpted console feet. In the lower part, it features three drawers plus one smaller drawer, flanked by two drawers to support the upper drop front, which opens to reveal a cabinet with drawers, compartments for documents, and a central door. The upper part has two storage drawers topped with a pair of doors with mirrors, within which is an architecture resembling a castle, with two tapered pilasters framing two doors and two central drawers; on the sides, there are two rows of drawers, while the upper section contains various compartments for documents and a compartment at the top. There are also several secrets, such as the capitals of the pilasters, which can be pulled from a drawer. Entirely veneered in walnut burl, while all the frames and sculpted columns inside are made of worked walnut; it features characteristic brass handles and entries (also on the sides) in gilded brass; the interior is made of oak. Presence of the stamp "Fordham London.".
