20th century Dutch inlaid trumeau

COD 11532 Dutch trumeau from the second half of the 20th century. A curved front and straight sides of excellent quality, richly inlaid with walnut, burl, rosewood, maple, mahogany, and fruitwood, decorated with floral and butterfly motifs. This double-body trumeau features three spacious drawers in the lower section, a pull-out writing surface, and numerous small drawers and document compartments within the roller shutter (see photo). The upper body features recessed, beveled, antique-finish glass doors. The highly functional and capacious interior, lined with damask fabric, also features numerous small drawers and columns for secret document storage (see photo). This stunning piece of furniture, ideal for a living room or study, is a striking addition to antique dealers and interior decorators. Complete with three working keys (upper doors, roller shutter, and internal door), the trumeau is in overall good condition.
