Lit banquette by Pierre Guariche, La Plagne, around 1965.

Solid wood bed, made in the 1960s for a chalet in the La Plagne resort, designed by Pierre Guariche. The bed features two integrated drawers at the bottom, providing generous storage. The mattress is covered with its original red-orange wool cover, in the spirit of the Kvadrat-type fabrics used at the time in alpine resorts. Provenance: private chalet, La Plagne.
