Single sofa bed model "62" by Pierre Guariche for Meurop 1960s

Modernist sofa bed model "62" by Pierre Guariche for Meurop. Model produced between 1961 and 1965. Structure in black lacquered steel, cushions and mattress covered in "Meuronyl" felt (nylon velvet) in blue. Entirely original, mattress fabric cleaned, 2 small snags on the corners of the frame, invisible if this side is placed against the wall. A discolouration on one edge of the frame, about 20cm. Some signs of wear on the structure. Superb overall appearance. Extremely rare, especially in this condition! Dimensions: Width: 131cm, depth: 73cm, height: 73cm, seat height: approximately 38cm.
