Pair of bedside tables by Pierre Guariche, circa 1968

This pair of bedside tables, which can also be used as stools, designed by Pierre Guariche, are characteristic of the designer's work furnishing apartments in La Plagne and Bandol. They were made of U-shaped bent plywood, covered with a white laminate, and feature a wood-veneered spacer. Provenance: La Plagne, a ski resort to which Guariche contributed greatly in the 1960s.
