Antique 1900 Art Nouveau tray in glazed ceramic and wood. Bronze handles. It is signed by the artist Félix Gaudin. This artist is known for contributing to the revival of stained glass at the end of the 19th century. Through his collaborations with great designers, the introduction of new techniques and glass types, and his industrial and artistic skills, he helped elevate the status of stained glass as a decorative art. He received a Grand Prix at the 1900 World's Fair. His stained glass windows adorn several French cathedrals. In the last photo: One of his stained glass windows, which has just been identified in Chile. Dimensions: Length 45 cm. Width 29 cm. It is in very good condition.
