Large antique majolica cache pot, planter by Joseph Holdcroft.

England, late 19th century. Diameter 45cm, height 42cm. Made of glazed majolica ceramic with Orientalist inspiration. Relief decoration featuring peacocks and cherry blossom trees. Two rings with elephant heads on the sides. Four feet decorated with dragon heads. Please note, this planter has travelled and is antique. It therefore has chips, cracks, repairs, and hairline fractures. The tip of one elephant tusk is missing. However, it remains completely solid and functional. It is very heavy.
