Antique Thonet model no. 3 swivel office armchair

We are offering for sale this original and very rare Thonet swivel bergère armchair model no. 3, dating from around 1900. This armchair is very comfortable, fully height-adjustable, with an elegant bentwood structure. It features a beautiful cast iron base with an adjustable height swivel mechanism. The wood grain shines, a result of natural aging and honest use. The armchair has been meticulously cleaned, waxed, and polished by hand from top to bottom. It shows some signs of wear and patina related to age and use. It is solid, stable, and ready to be used.
