Victorian commode in flame wood with four drawers

We are delighted to offer for sale this beautiful large Victorian chest of drawers in flame mahogany, with two drawers out of four. It is a well-designed and aesthetically pleasing decorative piece, of a pleasant size, striking a good balance between imposing and harmonious. The wood's patina is magnificent, golden under the right lighting. It rolls on very large Victorian wooden casters. Remnants of an old paper label are visible on the back. It has been deeply cleaned, waxed, and hand-polished. Some signs of patina due to age and use are visible. Dimensions: Height 130.5 cm, Width 122 cm, Depth 55.5 cm, measurements taken at the widest point. The item is available for collection from our warehouses in Pulborough. Condition: Good condition with normal wear related to age, slight discolouration.
