Large Victorian chest of drawers in solid pine from around 1880.

We are delighted to offer for sale this original Victorian chest of drawers made from red pine, dating from around 1860-1880, featuring two out of four drawers. This genuine classic piece of English country house furniture showcases an absolutely remarkable wood patina. The pine is stunning from every angle. This chest of drawers is quite large compared to standard chests, with a two over four formation, making it approximately 30-40 cm taller than usual, which is noteworthy. The item has been cleaned, waxed, and polished from top to bottom. It shows normal signs of patina related to age and use, a charming characteristic of country house pine.
