Napoleon III period mirror, circa 1850-1880, in black lacquered wood with a curved moulded profile. The frame features rounded upper corners and straight lower corners, characteristic of the so-called 'Louis-Philippe' style typical of the Second Empire period. A fine inner gold leaf fillet highlights the edge of the glass. The back reveals a construction of raw wooden boards assembled, confirming the piece's antiquity. The whole has been restored and is in perfect overall condition. Dimensions: H. 61 cm, W. 48 cm, weight 5 kg. Price: 350 EUR.
