Danish mid-century modern daybed crafted some time during the 1960s. This piece features a teak-veneered frame paired with a new quilted mattress upholstered in natural, thick, wool Italian bouclé fabric by Fabio Fabbri. Overall dimensions are H: 35 / W: 88 / D: 193 cm. A decorative bolster enhances its elegance and complements the overall design beautifully. Traditionally crafted from natural wool, this thick, dark green bouclé fabric offers excellent anti-allergic properties and helps maintain electrostatic balance—ideal for contemporary interiors often filled with synthetic materials. A nicely profiled solid teak wood frame with gently rounded corners and beautiful grain not only keeps the mattress stable but also perfectly harmonizes with the upholstery, creating a timeless design. Additional dimensions: Mattress thickness: 15 cm. A bolster: Ø 15 cm. Height from the ground: 21 cm. The daybed is in fantastic condition. The teak wood frame has been refinished with layers of satin lacquer to enhance the grain. The new upholstery and quality foams provide both comfort and durability. The legs are detachable for convenient storage or transport.
