Pretty vintage teapot in glazed stoneware signed JP under the base, Jean-Pierre Prud’Homme, active in La Borne in the 1960s-1970s. Low, rounded shape with Japanese-inspired design, typical of productions from this period, featuring a short spout, ribbon handle, and an integrated filter directly in the clay. Speckled beige glaze with brown, green, and orange hues... Generally in good condition with a few very discreet small chips, two on the inner rim of the lid, three on the neck of the opening, hidden when closed, and a small chip slightly more visible, about 5mm, inside the spout.
