Beautiful vintage cake plate from the Art Deco period, pastry dish made of amber-colored pressed glass, also known as depression glass, unmarked; the design is attributed to the Belgian glass factory Verrerie de Scailmont. Characteristic of depression glass are small imperfections, such as glass lines and small air bubbles; this is not damage but rather a means to demonstrate authenticity. This beautiful cake plate is in good vintage condition, with a superficial crack on the rim of the base, but the whole piece is still sturdy and solid. Check the photos for more details!
