Pink and Orange Art Deco Cake Platter / Pastry Dish VSL 33cm

A beautiful vintage cake stand from the Art Deco period, made of pink or orange pressed glass (also known as Depression glass). It is unmarked, but the design is attributed to Val Saint Lambert, Belgium (1930s). Small imperfections, mold lines, and tiny air bubbles are characteristic of Depression glass; these are not defects but rather indicators of authenticity. This lovely cake stand is in very good vintage condition, showing signs of age and use consistent with its age and material—such as minute surface scratches—but with no cracks, breaks, or chips.
