Genuine zoomorphic terrine in glazed ceramic representing a lobster, an iconic creation by the famous ceramist Michel Caugant. Entirely handmade and painted, this piece is a classic of French popular art from the 70s/80s. The shades of steel blue, grey, and salmon pink are stunning and very well preserved. Condition: Signs of wear, see photos. Note: A crack is present at the bottom of the lower part (see the last zoomed photo). The exterior remains very beautiful despite its age.
