Two Cesca B32 chairs by Marcel Breuer in natural beech wood. Available for purchase individually or as a pair. This Cesca B32 chair by Marcel Breuer was produced in the 1960s. This edition features a chrome-plated steel frame, a solid beech frame in a "natural" varnish with a cane back and seat. In creating the Cesca chairs, Marcel Breuer sought to better celebrate the tubular steel already used for the creation of the "Wassily", which led him to this cantilevered seat that would become one of the most copied models of the 20th century. The cantilevered shape exploits the unique possibilities of tubular steel and gives the chair more flexibility and comfort.
