This exquisite stoneware sconce, designed by Marianne Starck for Michael Andersen & Son, features a charming boy holding an urn. It can hold a candle or be used as a wall-hung vase for flowers or branches. The piece is equally impressive as a standalone decorative item. Crafted with a stunning white glaze, the reverse side of the sconce is marked with the Michael Andersen & Son hallmark, which includes a shield with three fishes, representing the coat of arms for the town of Rønne on the island of Bornholm, Denmark.
