Beautiful and elegant Scandinavian daybeds, produced in Denmark in the 1960s. Crafted in warm-toned teak, the design is defined by its refined proportions and gently curved end panels, combined with woven cane backrests that add a light and airy character. Both daybeds have been newly upholstered in a high-quality fabric by De Ploeg, offering a soft texture and excellent comfort. The subtle tufting and cylindrical bolster cushion enhance the overall aesthetic, balancing clean modernist lines with inviting functionality. The combination of teak, cane and premium upholstery results in a timeless and versatile piece, suitable as a daybed, bed or lounge element in both modern and classic interiors. A rare and distinctive model with an unknown designer, yet clearly rooted in the finest traditions of Danish modern craftsmanship. They are in excellent condition. The teak frames are beautifully preserved with minimal signs of wear. The cane panels remain in very good condition. Newly upholstered with high-quality De Ploeg fabric. Two pieces available, priced and sold invidually.
