A large brass and aluminium urn/vase, with the monogram DM. Design/One, Post-modern. Beautifully decorative and functional. In good condition, with normal signs of age and wear. About the artist: David Marshall, a prominent sculptor of Scottish origin (born in 1942 in Edinburgh), is renowned for his abstract and brutal works in metal, particularly in aluminium and brass. Based in Spain since the 1960s, he creates organic and sculptural furniture and decorative objects, often exhibited in Europe and the United States.
