Very large pair of italian empire style wall sconces in gilded and painted wood. Superb pair of italian wall sconces in gilded and painted wood. Each wall lamp has carved wooden florets in the shape of a cornucopia and centered medallions representing cherubs working in the field. The sculpted rear plates feature a pair of slender metal arms. A very nice woodwork. Simply beautiful. In very good condition. A small case on each wall lamp at the level of the cornucopia. E14 screw bulb (not supplied). Wooden candle.
