Pair of Louis XV style wall lights from Lucien GAU - gilded bronze

Beautiful pair of Louis XV style sconces, by the famous French bronzier: Lucien GAU. Manufacturer from the Faubourg Saint Antoine, in Paris. Made in the second half of the 20th century. Made in bronze. Original gilding and patina, perfect condition. Acanthus leaf and scroll decoration. They are electrified and tested (for E14 bulb). Cardboard candles, good condition with some small losses. They are stamped on the back: LG, for Lucien Gau (see last photo).
