The upper part, with two moulded glazed doors, is crowned with an elegant, curved pediment typical of the Louis XV / Regency style. The marquetry decoration in walnut veneer, with flamed and geometric patterns, gives the whole piece great visual richness. Interior lined with fabric (later). Signs of wear and restorations, small cracks and old accidents visible, particularly on the wood and glass. Overall sound and stable. A very beautiful character piece, both decorative and functional.
