Two bodies in blonde walnut – probably late 18th century.
Scriban with two bodies in blonde walnut – probably late 18th century Beautiful scriban in blonde walnut, with expressive grain and a warm patina. The upper part opens with two framed panel doors, topped by a wide moulded cornice. The drop-down reveals four small drawers arranged around a central niche with a scalloped cut-out, as well as a secret interior drawer. The lower part features three small drawers along the waist and two large drawers, adorned with brass knobs and lock entries. A characterful piece of furniture with simple lines, combining a desk and storage. Probably a regional work from the late 18th century, dating to be confirmed. Signs of use and old restorations; visible wood loss above the interior niche and added textile trim.
