Parallel Bar Armchair model 51 by Florence Knoll, published by Knoll International, United States, circa 1950-1960. Modernist lines and streamlined proportions. Upholstered seat and back in original black leather, resting on a chrome metal structure. This armchair is in marked vintage condition. The original leather shows significant wear: numerous scratches, cracks, friction marks, and pronounced patina. No holes observed. Despite these defects, the leather has received recent maintenance. Light oxidation spots on the metal structure. The armchair has neither stamp nor publisher label, but this model is well-documented enough to attribute it to Florence Knoll.
