'Amanta' lounge chair early edition by Mario Bellini for C&B Italia 1960s

The 'Amanta' is one of the most iconic designs by the famous Italian interior designer Mario Bellini, recognised and widely appreciated for its seating comfort, modular concept, and bold cubic shape, giving it a very expressive, almost architectural appearance. We have 3 different chairs available, in various colours, which can be perfectly combined thanks to the playful striped pattern. The 3 chairs are early editions, labelled C&B Italia instead of B&B Italia, meaning they date from the 1960s, rather than the 1970s like most of these chairs. The price is per chair. The cushions have been reupholstered and are therefore in perfect condition (vintage). The shell is in its original, very good condition (vintage). All chairs bear the manufacturer's mark.
