We offer for sale this polychrome Northern European chest of drawers from the 18th century, dated 1778, adorned with decorative country-style handles on the sides and claw-and-ball carved feet. The authentic period paint is beautifully aged, giving it an almost chinoiserie appearance. The item has been carefully cleaned, presenting a natural patina of use consistent with its age of 247 years. Dimensions: Height 99.5 cm, Width 120 cm, Depth 58 cm.
