Antique baroque walnut chest of drawers with 4 drawers, 17th century.

Baroque canterano in walnut from the 17th century, originating from Italy, with an elegant scalloped frame under the top. The piece features four drawers, the fronts of which are adorned with three high-relief panels and finely carved frames. The first drawer and half of the upper top open by dropping down, revealing a scarabattolo with a broken front composed of five drawers for optimal internal organisation. Bronze knobs add a touch of refinement, while the console feet ensure stability and style. The interiors and back are made of fir, demonstrating a careful selection of materials and excellent craftsmanship.
