Starck chair: bar 1884 and Dali restaurant Hôtel Meurice

From the Hôtel Meurice. Philippe STARCK (born in 1949) The model specially created in 2007 for its installation in 2008 in Bar 228 and the restaurant Le Dalí. Chair with a reversed backrest; made of ribbed wood, moulded, sculpted, and finished in black lacquer. Sabre-type legs at the back and sheath-type at the front. The decorative motifs in relief and the foot receptions with a silver finish. Upholstered and covered; black woven fabric with beige. Made by the Fratelli Boffi workshop in Italy. H: 90 cm – W: 50 cm – D: 54 cm. Used condition, significant losses to the paint, chips to the wood, wear, marks, and losses on the upholstery.
