Vintage Rams Head French Bronze Wall Sconces Wall Lights C1930s Pair

Fabulous pair of single-arm French vintage brass and bronze wall sconces with ram's head castings at the front. Fabricated around 1930, featuring extremely detailed castings, elegant arms fixed to brass floral back plates with swags along the centres of the arms and ram's head emblems at the front. Selling for restoration/refurbishment purely due to a lack of time to rewire these beauties. Condition: In excellent condition with a coating of varnish or protection from the past, which can be left if you prefer. There is also some tarnishing on one side of one sconce, which can be seen in the photos. The wiring is untested and appears original; the bulb holders are E14 small screw-in style, so sold as seen for refurbishment/restoration. If you are a practical person with a little time and patience, these can be brought back to life and displayed prominently so you can admire their beauty.
