Vintage 1970 tripod desk by Robert Mouseman Thompson with a planed top.

We are offering for sale this lovely vintage tripod desk from the 1970s, made by Robert Mouseman Thompson. This English desk with a drawer can also serve as a dressing table with its highly sought-after adzed top. The desk is in superb condition for its age, with a beautiful wood patina. The top has been shaped in a wave pattern (adzed) like all the finest Mouseman pieces. We have cleaned, waxed, and polished it from top to bottom. Normal patina marks due to age and honest use may be visible. Dimensions: Height 72.5 cm, Width 137 cm, Depth 50 cm. Note that original vintage items like leather seats may show natural patina in the form of cracks, creases, and wear. It is recommended to wax regularly to preserve moisture and to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can dry out and fade hand-dyed leather.
