Vintage Wassily chair pair by Marcel Breuer

One of the most influential chairs of the 20th century, in a matching pair and in exceptional condition. Breuer's B3 reduced the club chair to pure geometry — tubular chrome, taut leather planes, nothing else — and it has never needed updating, even though the design dates back to 1925. These two original vintage Wassily chairs are in excellent condition. The polished chrome is clean and shiny all over, with no pitting or oxidation. The black leather is full grain — confirmed by the smooth, finished underside — and retains excellent hold and tension on all the straps. Dating from the 1970s - 1980s, but still in excellent condition, with signs of use in line with their age (mainly light signs of wear on the seat and back).
