Antique secretary desk in marquetry, Louis XVI style.

For sale is this beautiful antique Louis XVI-style secretary desk. It was crafted in the early 20th century and is of fine quality. I have recently stripped it down myself. The top door slides properly and is not warped. The lower drawer also slides correctly. The keys present are not the original ones; they are used to operate the top door and the drawer. The piece is very stable, and the interior is of high quality. The legs are sound and well-presented. The original silvered bevelled mirror is tinted. This is a very original piece, rare to find, and ready to be used immediately. More information available upon request.
