Antique Legras Carafe – Enamelled glass with floral decoration - Art Nouveau

Superb antique carafe by François-Théodore Legras, made of transparent glass with a polychrome floral enamel decoration. Elegant elongated shape with a square base and a long narrow neck, accompanied by its glass stopper with a spherical grip. Magnificent decoration of pansies in shades of purple, white, and yellow, enhanced with green foliage and delicate golden arabesques. Condition: Signs of age and use, slight wear to the decoration and gilding. Marks and a line are visible at the neck.
