2929 – FT Legras vase signed – Art nouveau Art nouveau period, from the La Plaine St Denis glassworks whose director at the age of 27 was the master glassmaker François Théodore Legras (1839-1916), this large vase signed “ Leg. » with hand-decorated satin background, Rubis series, in good condition. No cracks or chips. Presence of normal air bubbles since this vase is mouth blown. Trace of the polished pontil with micro-scratches attesting to its age. It is decorated with purple Virginia creeper with beautiful scrolls. Height 300mm x 123mm. Weight 760 g. Very careful shipping.
