Counterbalance lamp by Jan Hoogervorst for Anvia, in its first edition entirely made of metal, lacquered red. Light and airy, it is a very refined lamp. In very good condition, with a few minor signs of use for a luminaire of this age. Jan Hoogervorst is a Dutch designer primarily active in the 1950s to 70s. He is best known for his work at Anvia (Algemeene Nederlandsche Verlichtings Industrie Almelo), a Dutch company specialising in modern lighting.
