XXL pitcher vintage Provencal pottery from Salernes

The pitcher is in very good condition, no accidents, no cracks or chips. It is heavy, and beautifully made. The piece was turned and then enameled with a very beautiful tawny enamel, vibrant and rich in nuances. Traditional shape with a pinched spout and a wide handle starting from the neck. It should be noted that the enamel is not present everywhere on the top of the neck, which may be due either to wear or to a lack of material at the time of enameling. Very pretty piece with generous proportions, representative of provençal pottery, simple and authentic. The pitcher is marked on the back with a hollow stamp. French artisanal manufacture from the first half of the 20th century.
