"Butterfly" magazine rack by Mathieu Matégot, dating from 1954. Made in France by the Matégot workshops. Geometric design in black lacquered steel rods and perforated sheet metal. This item is in its original condition, with a patina and signs of age (it appears to have been repainted at some point). The geometric lines are characteristic of his work.
