Large chest of drawers from the Restoration period made of solid wood covered with mahogany veneer from the 19th century. Top in Carrara marble, white with light grey veining. 4 drawers including one smaller, hidden drawer under the marble, with a curved front. Below, 3 identical larger drawers in white wood, front in mahogany veneer with 2 handles in gilded bronze marked L.R. (77) and a lock. Each large drawer is equipped with an original, functional lock, with 1 key provided. Marble measures 117/50 cm in white Carrara marble with discreet veining. Fully rounded edges and front corners in quarter circle. Sides in mahogany. Back panelled in light wood. Large and elegant chest of drawers from the 19th century, of high-quality traditional French craftsmanship. Its straight and simple curve fits all interior styles. In very good overall condition.
