One of the icons of mid-century Polish design, model GFM-64, designed by Edmund Homa - Polish architect, industrial and interior designer, professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. The set was manufactured by Goscicinska Furniture Factory in Poland in the 1960s. The frame is made of solid beech wood in a warm dark brown color, finished with a semi-matte varnish. The upholstery is made of 100% high-quality linen in a warm beige color. The set has been completely restored - the wood has been polished and refinished, new upholstery foams have been used, the upholstery has been hand-sewn. The photos have been taken under different lighting to show how the color changes.
