Compotier ancien XIXème U et Cie Sarreguemines, model Jardinière

Very beautiful old compotier in sarreguemines earthenware, stamped u et cie sarreguemines, "jardinière" service. Made in france late nineteenth, early twentieth. Delightful light blue décor. The earthenware is patinated and has a slight cracked effect that is very beautiful. The hollow of the dish is slightly burnished. There is a sparkle under the edge and invisible on top (see photo) without much gravity. The room remains beautiful and very presentable. No sign of restoration. Absence of ginning except the small shine. Attractive price given the state. Height: 5 cm. Diameter: 22 cm.
