Very rare armchair designed by Michel Ducaroy and manufactured by SNA Roset, in France, in the 1950s. Michel Ducaroy, of course enormously famous for his Togo sofa designed for his own company Ligne Roset, was the director of SNA Roset before launching Ligne Roset. This chair is manufactured in this company where he was responsible for the design. This super elegantly shaped lounge chair features clear lines from every angle. The slightly bent arms are the most recognizable feature of this design. It is also very pleasant to use. Additionally, the technical construction of this product is a thing of beauty, as it is assembled using nuts and bolts, which have remained visible as an integral part of the design. The chair is in perfect original condition, the solid mahogany wood has a magnificent color, with virtually no wear apart from a few moisture stains visible on the contours of the seat and on the legs. The original plastic cane seat and back are in fantastic condition.
