Pair of Empire armchairs, Consulate, walnut and velvet, 19th century.

Magnificent pair of armchairs from the empire period, created in the 19th century. The solid walnut structure is magnificent. A beautiful patina on the armrests gives them a remarkable charm. Traces of classic use for old furniture. Upholstered in pink embossed velvet in very good condition and without snags. The back and seat are edged with slightly copper-colored upholstery nails. The seat, in very good condition, is firm and comfortable. They look good. Lotiform decoration at the level of the connection stops surmounted on either side by a stylized dolphin's head.
