DESCRIPTION: A unique oriental cabinet. These cabinets are from the 1970s, during a revival of Chinoiserie. This style originated in the mid-18th century, when entire castles were filled with Chinese and oriental furniture and objects. During the 1970s, these types of cabinets were made and none are the same. All elements are applied by hand, always giving it an artistic touch. You can clearly see the hand-painted lines. It is painted on all sides, even inside. The front and sides depict traditionally dressed ladies walking around with fans, lanterns, flowers, and instruments. The pagoda roof top shows gardens with temples. The cabinet has a top section where the TV used to be, with doors that can be folded in. The bottom is fixed with a drawer, and the pull-out shelf can be removed on request. There is a second storage space at the bottom.
