Add a statement piece of seventies design to your interior with this superb rectangular coffee table, conceived by ceramist and designer Jean Grégorieff for the prestigious Roche Bobois (Beaulieu model). Its top is a true work of textured art. It consists of polychrome ceramic tiles in warm, earthy tones (ochres, deep browns, sunny yellows), punctuated by four signature tiles with geometric and symbolic patterns (stylised green and blue crosses, azure square insert). The stunning glaze effects and crackles characteristic of Grégorieff's artisanal work beautifully capture the light. The understated brushed/dark metal structure and legs perfectly frame the whole, offering an elegant and decidedly modernist contrast. This version with the "cross" tiles is rare. With its low profile and ideal proportions, it will fit perfectly at the centre of a Mid-Century Modern, bohemian chic, or contemporary living room. Designer: Jean Grégorieff. Publisher: Roche Bobois. Period: 1970s. Materials: Ceramic / Glazed earthenware, metal structure. Condition: Beautiful vintage condition, lovely patina on the metal and intact original glazes (see photos). Dimensions: Length: 124 cm | Width: 44 cm | Height: 34.5 cm.
