Soliflore vase by François Théodore Legras (1839 – 1916), in blown Clichy glass. Art Nouveau period, late 19th, early 20th century. This soliflore vase with a collared neck named "sun bouquet holder" is referenced and listed in the 2012 work by Jean-François and Marie-Françoise Michel, Dominique and Jean Vitrat "French artistic and popular glassware". Variegated with yellow, white and gold threads, the vase is not signed. It is ovoid in shape with a flat belly and molded decoration of a rosette. In excellent condition, without accident.
