Rare Ceramic Lamp by Roger Capron and Jean Derval

Very rare lamp designed by Roger Capron and Jean Derval. With its beautiful color and primitive decorations this lamp is a true eye catcher made by one of the most famous ceramists France has ever known. The lamp is obviously hand made and called “Soleil”. The lamp is still in very good condition with only a minimal wear and tear. No scratches or chips. Signed “Capron, Vallauris, France” in the clay. If this is the original lampshade? I don’t know.
