Mid-century modern Cocoon pendant lamp by Goldkant Leuchten, designed by Friedel Wauer in the 1960s. These lamps, known as 'Cocoon' lamps, provide a diffused, atmospheric light due to the synthetic resin shade. Goldkant is known for various Cocoon lamp designs from the 1960s and 70s, often attributed to Castiglioni because of their similar design. The lamp is in good condition with signs of use and patina, including some darker spots visible in the images. Newly rewired. European plug (up to 250V). Shade diameter: 40 cm, shade height: 30 cm.
