Charming oil on canvas board created in 1958 and signed G. Vedel. The scene depicts a peaceful mountainous landscape, crossed by a river and a footbridge, punctuated by small structures and vegetation in deep shades of green, pink, and red. The overall piece has a very decorative character, with a deliberately simplified pictorial style and an atmosphere typical of mid-20th-century landscape paintings. Signature at the bottom right: G.
