Very beautiful copy of a famous painting by the Dutch painter Jacob van Ruisdael (1629/1682) this oil on canvas represents a landscape with an unsigned waterfall, the original is kept at the Saint Louis Art Museum in the United States the frame is old, gilded with leaf, with pearl decoration (in good condition, a small lack at the bottom) in order to adapt the canvas to the frame, additions were made on the lateral sides to fill the gaps, this artifice is very little visible height: 47 cm width: 40 cm do not hesitate to contact me for more information or photos if necessary.
